Charles IV is an absolute legend of the Czech history as he was not only the Czech ruler but also emperor of whole Roman empire. In 14th century he founded Prague University (known as Charles University), famous Charles bridge which is the most visited sightseeing highlight in Prague, he set up archbishopric in Prague and built many majestic buildings which make Prague the most beautiful city in Europe.
